In the Capitol’s rotunda, on a bright winter day,

The people assembled in red, white, and gray.

The bands played their tunes, the flags proudly waved,

As Donald J. Trump stood, both stern and behaved.

“My fellow Americans,” he said with great flair,

“This nonsense must end—let me make it clear here.

There are two kinds of genders, no less and no more:

Male and female—just like before!”

The room fell to silence, a hush swept the air,

Then cries of despair rose up everywhere!

“No!” shrieked a person dressed all in bright green,

“I’m astralgender! My soul is unseen!”

Another one spun like a top on the floor,

“I’m foxgender now—but tomorrow, I’m more!”

“I’m cloudgender!” howled one, waving their hands,

“I float in the sky, above all your demands!”

“I’m dreamgender!” shouted a fellow quite tall,

“I only exist when asleep—that’s all!”

The chaos erupted, a festival mad,

Of people declaring the genders they had.

But Trump stood there calmly, his hand raised to still,

And said with conviction, “You’ve had your fill.

The time has now come to put this to rest,

Two genders exist—that’s all, and that’s best.”

And oh, what a scene when his words hit their ears,

They screamed, they wailed, they dissolved into tears.

One leapt in the air, shouting, “My gender is gone!”

Another spun circles, screaming, “I’m done!”

A person collapsed, clutching tight to their chest,

“My stargender’s gone! It’s been laid to rest!”

“I’m melting!” one cried, in a dramatic display,

“My essence is fading! He’s stolen it away!”

Another ran wild, their arms flapping wide,

“I’m birdgender! Help! I’ve lost all my pride!”

One fainted outright with a terrible moan,

“My galaxygender—I feel so alone!”

But as the chaos unraveled, outside in the land,

The people were watching, the calm close at hand.

The farmers returned to their fields in the sun,

The builders kept building, their work never done.

Children laughed louder, the skies seemed more clear,

The noise of the madness began to disappear.

Trump nodded and smiled, his mission now done,

The crowd settled down, and a new day begun.

“Two genders,” he said, “That’s all that there are.

Now let’s heal this great nation and take it far.”

And though some still grumbled and clung to the past,

The world felt more grounded, and peace came at last.
