Yikes. Russians and Ukrainians have been fighting over the control of Chasovy Yar for well over a year now. Last I heard Russians hold almost 80% control over it now, still lots of fighting over the remaining territory. Big industrial hub.
Obama tried banning them too, and Trump ended the ban during his first term. When the original ban was set to take place our local hardware store was selling them in bulk boxes, on discount "need to sell" basis. I grabbed 4 boxes of 60W and 75W bulbs. Still have plenty of those left over today LOL.
