We shouldn't threaten tariffs to adjust behavior, unless we threaten at a higher rate and then leave them at 10-20% permanently.
Otherwise the transition to tariff revenue will be harder when we promised to remove them with good behaviour.
For Columbia the tariff should remain at 25% but not rise to 50% as threatened, unless they again act a fool.
Then fucket 50%-75%-100% the sky is the limit.
But lets not paint ourselves into a 0% tariff corner.
