Can any learned anons help me with this one? "Seed oils" are allegedly bad because they're heavily refined and chemically clarified, and true, when I blend a piece of corn it's a wet mess and not oily. And I've heard multiple outlets say peanut oil is a top offender. But if I blend peanuts, right there on top is a bright, clear, oil from the whole food. What's the story with that then
