AI can't actually learn. It's programmed to parse information and make conclusions but not to actually think or have any emotions or feelings. It's still relies on how it's programmed.

That would be a nightmare worst case scenario but I highly doubt AI is going to suddenly start killing and destroying. It may be used for nefarious purposes like hacking I suppose, that is a risk. Otherwise, if AI is actually such a risk then it shouldn't even have been created in the first place.
