This is an old video, but can anyone tell me why this citizen would NOT have been justified in ending this cop?
He had no lawful authority in that instance to make the man leave, stop recording, or answer questions. He pulled his weapon threatening his life for a constitutionally protected activity. At that point he was a clear threat.
If the roles were reversed and a citizen pulled a gun on a cop for nothing, the cops would shoot him and none of them would bat an eye.
This isn't freedom.
Agreed. The federal government can end this, but it's being not only allowed but encouraged. America is being divided.

There's nothing to appreciate about domestic enemies flying another flag violating the rights of citizens daily while those entrusted with representing us watch.
Cops Unlawfully Detained Him Because They Don’t CARE About The Second Amendment or Know Their Own State Laws.
Arguing with him about the law, asking who told him he could have a loaded long gun in the car, they called the states attorney to be told the man was correct.
