President Trump is the head of the Executive branch and in charge of every law enforcement official because they fall under the executive branch. He needs to make some EO regarding the mistreatment of US citizens because it is long overdue. The fact that most LEOs are part of the Fraternal Order proves that they are in fact Freemasons.

I would still say put a patriot in charge of FEMA, if you want to give a portion of the budget to locals that is fine but they have to account for the spending too.
