Argument: "Maxwell is not a big enough name to trigger a mass awakening." [example]

Counter-argument: Do not make statements based on assumption of 'worth' and/or 'value'. Do not think 'today' but rather 'after' today.

This is just sad. The Earth's atmosphere is an area of 'super-hot temperatures'?

>QRD

Just after 4am there were nonstop posts linking a POTUS post timestamp to Q411 and an alleged new Q post.

The posts were single posts by new user IDs and the content was consistent with the Qp/Mitch/BidenisaPedo spammer. The BO cited the laws being violated and warned the spammer of the possibility of prosecution. The spam stopped.

>like we have to.

A sign noticed by Republicans outside the Food Service Administration in the Rayburn House Office Building on Friday advertised “6 pack & more,” with “drinks on demand at drinks.house.gov.”

The ordering website notes that drinks - beer, wine, liquor, juice, soda and more - can be ordered “for pick up or delivery to your office.”

>NIH isn't in the Constitution.

>I'll wait.

The Constitution gives Congress substantial power to establish federal government offices. As an initial matter, the Constitution vests the legislative power in Congress. Article I bestows on Congress certain specified, or enumerated, powers. The Court has recognized that these powers are supplemented by the Necessary and Proper Clause, which provides Congress with broad power to enact laws that are ‘convenient, or useful’ or ‘conducive’ to [the] beneficial exercise of its more specific authorities. The Supreme Court has observed that the Necessary and Proper Clause authorizes Congress to establish federal offices. Congress accordingly enjoys broad authority to create government offices to carry out various statutory functions and directives. The legislature may establish government offices not expressly mentioned in the Constitution in order to carry out its enumerated powers.
