My observation is that there are 2 Vincent "portrayers".

1. The man in the van video is one person…his hair is dense like steel wool and his eyes are small.

1. The man at the rally has free flowing hair and a different facial structure. He also interacts with "CBK" as he holds the van photos.

Both "Vincent" portrayers assuming the visage of legendary clown Emmett Kelly, Jr ..hat, beard…etc. is a direct jab toward the "clowns" of a particular 3 letter agency.
