Haven't been able to get pages most of the day, can't watch the water.

We are under some type of attack and have to constantly reload pages, no pics, no css, freezes, doesn't allow me to post without freezing, bans, have to reboot constantly, clear cache, etc… and my bandwidth constantly goes from 290kbps to 0. I did all that I could for the longest time with what I have had but there is something up here, maybe they are planning an attack. I just do not understand how some get support, finances, and jobs that are recent Johnny come lately's and 25 year front line patriots get nothing but aggravation.
