Mikayla Flores
Mikayla Flores is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator in the Americas
at Hogan Lovells. Her role entails developing and leading DEI events in the
Americas, facilitating networking, mentoring, and professional development
opportunities within the firm, and advising DEI-affiliated networks on event
implementations. Mikayla lives in Washington, D.C., with her dog, Apollo, and she
has worked in the law firm industry for five years. She holds a bachelor's degree
from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Politics and Law. Currently, she
volunteers as a mentor for the Posse Foundation. When Mikayla isn’t working, she
enjoys Pilates, trying out new restaurants, and drinking matcha boba tea
