1) Either the helicopter crashed into the plane on purpose
2) Or the helicopter was hacked and guided into the plane (china)

PSA Airlines flight JIA5342, a Bombardier CRJ-701ER (N709PS), and a US Army Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter collided in midair and crashed into the Potomac River near Washington-Ronald Reagan National Airport, DC (DCA).
There were 64 people on board the plane and the three soldiers in the Army helicopter, according to American Airlines and a US defense official.
The CRJ-701ER was on a night time final approach to runway 33 at DCA at the time.

They include, hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability, and dwarfism, all qualified for the position of a controller of airplanes pouring into our country, pouring into a little spot, a little dot on the map, with a little runway. The initiative is part of the FAA's diversity and inclusion hiring plan.

those things are built to operate on war terrain and have to be nimble and turn on a dime if needed. they can move in all directions,
