The water where the wrekage is is only 8' deep yet they still don't have all the bodies out of the water. They're strapped in their seats..so what's the problem? Is it because the 3rd and last helo passenger will have to be annnounced and then we will all know what's the deal with what looks like a target hit by a crazed person?
