All across Iran are inscriptions dating back to ancient times, which indicate the Iranian interest in disseminating news and information.

Iran Cultural and Press Institute (ICPI) was founded almost two decades ago for improving the free flow of information and it continues to fulfill this duty.

Affiliated to Islamic Republic News Agency, ICPI launched Iran Daily in May 1997, which is the first full-color English newspaper of Iran currently published in 12 pages.

Its website, recently revamped and redesigned, covers the latest domestic and foreign news, reports and analyses related to politics, economy, society, culture, tourism, science, sports and arts.

Iranian attractions and poetry are some of its other regular features.

Iran Daily's readers include students and foreign nationals, especially members of the diplomatic corps, teachers and businessmen.
