Due to the high risk of contagion, a patient with suspected or confirmed Coronavirus is not allowed to travel on a commercial flight. Only an air ambulance is suitable in such cases. Patients with conditions unrelated to Wuhan Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

Air ambulance transports for patients with unrelated diagnoses, from locations where the outbreak is established, will similarly be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
