Stephen Miller: Tulsi Gabbard Will Restore Integrity in U.S. Intelligence, ‘She Is Going to Get Confirmed’

White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller said Friday on Fox News Channel’s “The Story” that President Donald Trump’s nominee for Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, will “restore trust, faith, and integrity in U.S. intelligence.”

Guest host Jacqui Heinrich said, “I want to start with Tulsi. You know some Republican senators pressed Tulsi Gabbard in her hearing this week to declare Edward Snowden a traitor. One of those members, James Langford, said that it wasn’t a trick question, and he was surprised by her answer. Should she have just said yes? Would the White House have approved that answer?

Miller said, “It’s very simple. The policy that Tulsi is going to implement as the head of national intelligence is the president’s policy. It is the policy that Republican senators support. It is a policy the American people support. It is a policy of fiercely protecting our nation’s classified intelligence while ensuring maximum transparency and the policy of fully enforcing all federal laws including the federal laws that govern the illicit disclosure of classified information. President Trump was the victim for eight years of the intelligence community weaponizing classified leaks, fabricating classified intelligence to go after President Trump. So what Tulsi’s mission is, is to restore trust, faith, and integrity in the U.S. intelligence system.”

He continued, “And so when Republican senators vote to confirm Tulsi, they’re voting to ratify the reform agenda that Donald Trump campaigned on and that Donald Trump built a historic winning coalition on.”

Miller added, “She is going to get confirmed.”

Black Hawk helicopter in DC plane crash was rehearsing emergency POTUS evacuation route

Today, I am very honored to recognize February 2025 as National Black History Month.

Every year, National Black History Month is an occasion to celebrate the contributions of so many black American patriots who have indelibly shaped our Nation’s history.

Throughout our history, black Americans have been among our country’s most consequential leaders, shaping the cultural and political destiny of our Nation in profound ways. American heroes such as Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, Thomas Sowell, Justice Clarence Thomas, and countless others represent what is best in America and her citizens. Their achievements, which have monumentally advanced the tradition of equality under the law in our great country, continue to serve as an inspiration for all Americans. We will also never forget the achievements of American greats like Tiger Woods, who have pushed the boundaries of excellence in their respective fields, paving the way for others to follow.

This National Black History Month, as America prepares to enter a historic Golden Age, I want to extend my tremendous gratitude to black Americans for all they have done to bring us to this moment, and for the many future contributions they will make as we advance into a future of limitless possibility under my Administration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. Chevron Uses Trump’s ‘Gulf of America’ Name in Earnings Report

Multinational energy corporation Chevron has adopted President Donald Trump’s renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America, repeatedly using the new name in its latest earnings release.

In an executive order signed on his first day back in office, Trump directed the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) to see that the ocean basin “officially be renamed the Gulf of America.”

In a company earnings report released Friday, Chevron outlined several “key projects in the Gulf of America,” reflecting the Trump administration’s change.

Throughout the report, company officials used “Gulf of America” five times, never referring to the region by its former name.

The executive order “does not appear” to have the legal authority to force companies or private individuals to refer to the Gulf by Trump’s U.S.-centric name, NBC News reported.

Chevron, which announced in August 2024 that its headquarters would be moved from California to Texas, gave $2 million to Trump’s inaugural committee, according to the outlet.

“Chevron has a long tradition of celebrating democracy by supporting the inaugural committees of both parties. We are proud to be doing so again this year,” spokesperson Bill Turenne said in a statement obtained by Reuters.

Google has announced that Google Maps will also reflect the name change once the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) updates its official records: >>22481608
