Perhaps someone didn’t know it was a drill and they thought POTUS was on-board?
This would make a lot of sense.
Even during an exercise the radio chatter would be the same.
This will send the rats scurrying.
There will be whistleblowers trying to save their asses. They’ll need to lawyer up because they missed their window though.
