Neo-con Lite Marco Rubio Grows A Brain Stem, Admits Multi-Polar World Is Here To Stay

New Secretary of State Marco Rubio said something amazing and very positive today, during a television interview. He talked about the "Unipolar" world (a theory conjured by neo-con war hawks and currently adopted by the radical left in which the US is the sole predominate global power over the entire world) NOT being the usual way the world works.

He plainly stated that it sort of became Unipolar, with the US in the top spot, after the Cold War. He ALSO said that it is returning back to multi-polar, with other nations like China and Russia resuming their global roles.

The mere public acknowledgement of this is an utterly stunning development, in what many people see as a very positive way.

He said the most basic starting point for United States Foreign Policy SHOULD BE strategy. We need to ask, before we do anything, "What is the strategic objective?" He added that before we engage in any foreign policy, we have to already know "What is the purpose, the mission?"

Continuing, he went on to say "The mission of American Foreign Policy… and I think this has been LOST… The mission of American Foreign Policy is to further the national Interests of the United States of America."

He went on to observe "That's the way the world has always worked. The way the world has always worked is that the Chinese will always do what's in the best interests of China. The Russians will always do what's in the best interests of Russia. The Chileans will always do what's in the best interests of Chile, and the United States needs to do what's in the best interests of the United States."

AMEN!

Rubio then covered the most basic reality when he said "When our interests align, that's where we have partnerships and alliances. Where our differences are NOT aligned, that is where the job of Diplomacy is to PREVENT CONFLICT, while still furthering our national interests, and understanding they are gonna further theirs."

Then, he dropped a political bombshell when he said "I think that's been LOST."

It was an utterly amazing top-down re-assessment of how the United States has been behaving on the world stage, and what we need to GET BACK TO.

In my humble opinion, I think Trump should be using these tariffs as leverage for better trade deals (perhaps that is his hidden intention?) For example, considering the price of food is very high today, Trump can negotiate to lower these tariffs if Canada invests in farming in the US to help expand our domestic food production. Same with energy and lumber. If Canada sends more bulk supplies at lower costs to the US, then Trump can say "OK, I'll lower the tariffs to 10%".

I think industrialization is the best thing to have happened to this world anon. It lifted billions of people out of third world poverty. Industrialization also led to America's living standards being so damn good back in the day.

>They oozed contempt for the working and middle classes and saw themselves as members of a ruling elite.

Exactly, because they were propagandists for the establishment and minds of the snotty corrupt ruling class. Good riddance.

It's the radical left that has supported neo-con wars to overthrow and regime change governments the last decade ironically. If anything, it's questionable if they themselves are not the true "colonizers" or wannabe occupiers. It's the conservatives that want to re-industrialize the country, end the wars and have our Constitutional freedoms back.

>If these nations' treasonous leaders want to simply ally with China

This isn't the best way to look at it. Nations are always going to do what is in their own interests. They will not put us before themselves. Not happening. So I really hope to God Trump knows exactly what kind of game he is playing. See: >>22490576

The solution is to stop using the TV. Get a DVD player. You can buy DVDs for cheap today, whole box sets on Ebay. I don't have TV service, and I get to watch all my favorite old time sitcoms anytime I want. The Three Stooges, I Love Lucy, Cheers, Honeymooners, Andy Griffith Show, 77 Sunset Strip, Sea Hunt, Kojak, The Outer Limits, The Wonder Years, In The Heat of the Night, etc.

LOL, I do exactly the opposite. I focus on physically owning everything I possibly can. The more inventory the better. The more hardcopy media the better.

>commodities bad!

Prices go up when the amount of commodities go down. This is not going to help our economy unless Trump has something strategically brilliant up his sleeve.

I have digitized much of my DVD collection already, which I do hold on multiple external backup drives. What is that Synology box btw? That looks so dope, I would use one of those!
