The annual report, published in January 2025, outlines the Navy’s demonstration of HELIOS aboard USS Preble, verifying its functionality, performance, and capability in engaging an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) target.

According to the report: “CCM supported the Navy’s demonstration on USS Preble (DDG 88) to verify and validate the functionality, performance, and capability of the HEL with Integrated Optical Dazzler and Surveillance system against an unmanned aerial vehicle target. CCM collected imagery of the engagements to support the evaluation of system performance.”

EXCLUSIVE: Texas National Guard Granted Authority to Make Immigration Arrests

A memorandum of understanding between Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the State of Texas, reviewed by Breitbart Texas will immediately grant Texas National Guard soldiers the authority to make immigration arrests within the Lone Star state. Pete R Flores, CBP Acting Commissioner, authored the memorandum of understanding (MOU).

The memorandum, which has not yet been disseminated to all Texas border sectors, will allow the soldiers to perform roving patrols and exercise all the duties of an immigration agent so long as a U.S. immigration officer or Border Patrol agent accompanies them. According to the MOU, the ratio of soldiers to immigration officers is preliminarily listed as one officer to four soldiers.

Title 8 United States Code arrest authority was granted to multiple federal law enforcement agencies just days after President Trump’s inauguration. On January 23, the Department of Homeland Security authorized federal law enforcement agents to investigate, determine the location of, and apprehend migrants in an illegal status. The details of that memorandum, obtained and released in a recent news report by CBS News, are similar to the memorandum of understanding reviewed by Breitbart Texas.

The duties of the Texas National Guard soldiers are law enforcement-related, generally reserved for agents assigned to specific agencies under the Department of Homeland Security.

The latest granting of immigration arrest authority adds at least 3,000 Texas Army National Guard soldiers to the number of ATF, FBI, and United States Deputy Marshals who are now assisting the Department of Homeland Security in enforcing federal immigration law.

Rubio warns Panama of consequences over canal

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday threatened action against Panama without immediate changes to reduce Chinese influence on the canal, but the country’s leader insisted he was not afraid of a US invasion and offered talks.

Rubio, paying his first visit overseas as the top US diplomat, told Panama that President Donald Trump had determined that the country had violated terms of the treaty that handed back the crucial waterway in 1999.

He pointed to the “influence and control” of China over the canal, the vital link between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans through which some 40 percent of US container traffic passes.

Meeting President Jose Raul Mulino, Rubio “made clear that this status quo is unacceptable and that absent immediate changes, it would require the United States to take measures necessary to protect its rights under the treaty,” State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said.

Mulino painted a less dire portrait of the meeting. He welcomed Rubio at his official residence in the tropical capital’s old quarter, with an honor guard outside the whitewashed walls.

“I don’t feel that there is any real threat at this time against the treaty, its validity, or much less of the use of military force to seize the canal,” Mulino told reporters afterward, referring to the treaty that handed over the canal at the end of 1999.

DoD Inspector General is ALREADY Investigating the US-Funded Biolabs in Ukraine!!!

There’s already an ongoing IG investigation into offshore DoD-funded labs?!

I was doing a dig on USAID funding for Hunter Biden’s Metabiota via Project PREDICT, and came across this memo from Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS), to DoD IG Robert Storch, on May 17, 2024.

Sen. Marshall thanks IG Storch for already investigating the DoD-funded labs in China, and then Sen. Marshall requests Storch to expand his investigation into EcoHealth Alliance, UC Davis, and Hunter Biden’s Metabiota, which was operating in Africa and Ukraine.

So what does this all mean? It means that the DoD Inspector General, Robert Storch, a Trump appointee in 2018, has already been investigating USAID/DoD funding of bioweapons development overseas, since at least May 2024, and Sen. Marshall from Kansas is all over this subject, and is tracking on the involvement of EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota in bioweapon development and their connection to the origin of SARS-CoV-2.

This means that the investigation into the Deep State bio-network in Ukraine, is already well underway! And they are looking in the right spot!

And nobody, including me, managed to catch it at the time. I searched X to see if anyone posted about this back in May, 2024, and I found nothing. If anyone reported on this back then, feel free to correct me, but I have not seen anything.

I am in shock… this means Trump already knows everything, and we are much closer to justice than I thought.
