In 1968, the forward torpedo room of USS Sea Cat (SS-399) was used as a mini ballroom for a square dance demonstration by the Gitmo Swingers. The club from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay liked to dance in unusual locations and wanted to add a submerged sub to the list.
