There are some fantastic autists out there. Some need more help than others but as programmers, computer engineers, they are the best.
Hey Elon, develop a campus where a group can live, get help when needed, (some have gut issues they suffer from) and put them to work. Mars? Huh, Neptune here we come.
These are the ones that get kicked out in the work world because a DEI or H1B supervisor can't stand to be questioned. These are the ones HR won't hire or get attacked for being what they are.
Unsung heroes. They want to work, they live to code, they thrive on challenges. We need them, not rote workers from code mills.
