Delta Air Lines CRJ900 crash landed at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday.
The flight, from Minneapolis-St. Paul, was listed as Endeavor 4819, a CRJ-900 (N932XJ). It is believed that the plane could have flipped due to a strong crosswind.
"Delta Connection Flight 4819, operated by Endeavor Air crashes upon arrival at Toronto Pearson Airport. The aircraft, a CRJ-900 (N932XJ), was en route from MSP. The airport is reportedly closed. Emergency response is underway," reports Airways Magazine.
"Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident upon landing involving a Delta Airlines plane arriving from Minneapolis. Emergency teams are responding. All passengers and crew are accounted for," Toronto Pearson's official X account posted.
"We're in Toronto. We just landed, our plane crashed. It's upside-down. Fire department's on site. Most people appear to be okay, we're all getting off," said one passenger who recorded a video of himself by the plane.
Peel Paramedic Services say at least eight people are injured following the crash, reports CityNews. There were reportedly around 80 people on board.
CNN reported that Canadian authorities would handle the investigation since the crash occurred in Canadian territory.
The Association of Flight Attendants released a statement following the crash-landing.
"Our union is responding to an incident in Toronto with Delta Air Lines Endeavor Flight 4819. AFA crew were working this flight," the statement read.
"Reports are there are no fatalities. Please do not speculate on this incident as everyone works to gather information and support those involved."

In a speech lasting an hour and ten minutes, which might have been the longest speech he has ever delivered outside of the House of Commons, Poilievre threatened to match President Donald Trump tariff for tariff, even as he asked Americans, “which other country would you rather have near you?” Poilievre had been under pressure by some in his party to deliver a tougher message on Trump’s threats to slap a 25 percent tariff on all Canadian goods or to outright annex its northern neighbor.
