Belize ministry has denied Starlink permission to operate in the country. Any users with a Starlink device must get a "PUC Satellite End-User Terminal License" by the Public Utility Commission. The only exception to Starlink use is if there is an Emergency or Natual Disaster, which then they can send free starlink satellites to Belize for their use.
