i want Q or Elon or Dan to get this. i know someone saw it once.

i found and collected this in 2018. i showed it to every paytriot talking head i could. made interesting conversation but nobody wanted to run with it.

this one Q post mentioning $22 in Singapore led me, while searching through the publicly available federal procurement database, to find this oddball expense contact for dental insurance of $21.97 in Singapore. strangest thing.

well it uses a bogus DUNS. everyone if talked to says this is, on the face, indicative of fraud. it's not a placeholder or random code used when an appropriate DUNS isn't known. it's fraud.

pull back the lens a little and there are hundreds and thousands of these entries. i downloaded every year, sorted and found the two top violators (screencap of my sheet attached)

i know this is real, i am not trying to prove anything to anyone here – but i also know someone was either already working on this and needed a public wtf or was waiting for disclosure to really dig in.

either way i know this was important to someone.

and i want that someone to know i said thank you.

many of the worst contracts point back to the "j&b truck repair service"

i couldn't ever figure out why. but you can see in the records hundreds of millions of dollars using that address as a contact point.

it's a junkyard in nowhere nc.

top three entries for DUNS 123456787:

bureau of the census - $155,000,000 (march 2002)

agency for international development - $107,436,000 (august 2002)

agency for international development - $ 42,690,000 (october 2000)

all through this shitpile.
