Anon Thought: With the computer systems being some 70 years old at USAID, perhaps it's time Elon and the DOGE tap some old hat patriots to help. I know they're a dying breed, but surely there are still some out there that have great understanding of older direct instruction sets that may be able to increase the younger generations efficiency.
