Elon Musk’s DOGE workers were spotted at the FBI headquarters in DC on Tuesday.
“Meanwhile, officials dispatched by Elon Musk have been seen at FBI headquarters. Musk has headed up efforts by President Donald Trump’s newly formed Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE.” – CNN reported.
It is unclear what the DOGE officials were doing at the FBI headquarters, however, Acting US Attorney for DC, Ed Martin on Monday announced his office would be charging and arresting individuals who threatened DOGE workers.
Ed Martin did not name any names as he announced that arrests and charges were coming. It is unclear which laws were violated.
“Our initial review of the evidence presented to us indicates that certain individuals and/or groups have committed acts that appear to violate the law in targeting DOGE employees,” Ed Martin said.
Ed Martin said the FBI is involved after reviewing the threats against the DOGE workers.
“We are in contact with the FBI and other law-enforcement partners to proceed rapidly. We also have our prosecutors preparing,” Ed Martin added.

More than 500 arrests were made and dozens were rescued in a statewide anti-human trafficking operation, Los Angeles County authorities announced.
LOS ANGELES (KABC) – More than 500 arrests were made and dozens were rescued in a week-long, statewide anti-human trafficking operation.
The 10th annual Operation Reclaim and Rebuild, which was conducted last week, involved more than 95 federal, state and local agencies, including personnel from the Los Angeles Regional Human Trafficking Task Force.
During a press conference Tuesday morning, Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna said authorities made 539 arrests, including 40 suspected "sexual traffickers or exploiters and 271 suspected "sex buyers. Also, 54 adults and 11 children were rescued, including a 14-year-old girl, Luna said.
It was unclear how many of those arrests were made in Los Angeles County.
"Human trafficking and child exploitation are devastating crimes that prey on some of the most vulnerable members of our community,'' Luna said.
In one Los Angeles County operation, task force personnel conducted an undercover "sex buyer'' operation on a stretch of Holt Avenue in Pomona, Luna said. Twelve males, including two registered sex offenders, were arrested on suspicion of solicitation of prostitution, Luna said.
Luna was joined at the news conference by Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, and representatives from the LAPD, the federal Department of Homeland Security and other agencies.
Eyewitness News asked Gascón about enhanced penalties and he noted that one of the challenges his office faces when it comes to prosecuting sex traffickers and sex buyers is that victims sometimes are too afraid to testify in fear of their safety.
Gascón said the office works to ensure victims are always safe and protected.
Luna noted that although the annual statewide operation is conducted each January, which is Human trafficking Awareness Month, law enforcement personnel work year-round to target human traffickers.

Former North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, who was confirmed as Trump’s Interior Secretary last week, is already clearing the way for Trump’s domestic energy production agenda.
Burgum is revoking rules Joe Biden put in place which prevented drilling on certain lands due to climate change.
Increasing energy production is going to touch nearly every part of Trump’s agenda. It’s going to help the economy, increase national security by decreasing our dependence on hostile nations, and make energy more affordable for millions of Americans.

The Trump administration is reopening oil and gas leasing across hundreds of millions of acres of federal lands and waters that were locked up by the Biden administration.
In a series of orders Monday evening, Interior Secretary Doug Burgum revoked Biden-era actions that blocked drilling across 625 million acres of federal waters nationwide—an area that is equivalent in size to a third of the continental United States—in the 19-million-acre Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska and in the state’s 23-million-acre National Petroleum Reserve.
The actions, while expected, signal an abrupt change in how the Interior Department will approach oil and gas leasing issues during the Trump administration. Under Biden-era interior secretary Deb Haaland’s leadership, the agency pursued an aggressive climate strategy, severely restricting oil and gas drilling and mining while expanding green energy production on public lands and waters.
