FUN FACT: JFK Downsized the CIA after he fired Allen Dulles as its head. JFK RIF'd 20% of the workforce and moved responsibility for agents operating abroad out of the CIA to US ambassadors. Reports say the workforce was very angry and scared of the reductions.

 

Clearly JFK didn't go far enough…. he was dead a few months later.

 

Trump knows this lesson. He's moving to remove all of them.
