As CiC, he can set up a Military commission to try aliens and those who aid. Terrorists and those who aid and other belligerents.

The DC Circuit Court and DC Appeals Court as well as SCOTUS can review final decisions that come out of this Commission.

Hegseth would be the person to establish the Commission.

Expect legal challenges but The Military Commission Act looks pretty solid so far ( I'm on page 38 of 41 )

Bush signed it in 2006 then BHO signed it in 2009

Some Constitutional protections are provided but not all. 5th against self incrimination does but speedy trial does not.

Last night DJT said his team was looking into the legality of US Citizens being jailed in El Salvador. If legal, it would be under this Act.

Schumer and the Dems have to scream loudly about topics other than deportation to push back against Republicans because they cannot join in the invasion anymore. If DJT invokes the Alien Enemies Act he will have to also shut down the Country for a short time. It would be too unsafe to conduct life as usual while ICE and others are rounding up large numbers. The illegals will fight back and innocent people will get in the way or caught in the cross fire. This will require DJT to declare an economic emergency to halt the harm not getting a paycheck will do to people. Loans won't be allowed to come due. He said he was going to freeze interest at 10% until people can get back on their feet. This was what he meant. Once this happens, the dems won't be able to interfere with DJT's $ plans
