Russia now controls 70% of everything Trump wants in Ukraine. Ukraine was worth 15 trillion, the parts that Russia took is worth 10 of that 15 Trillion. Putin doesn't want all of Ukraine… he only wants the useful parts, and he has already succeeded. This is why Z is now demanding Nukes… he has nothing to offer Trump!
