Their case has no legal standing. Just because a president hasn't done something doesn't mean the president is incapable of such actions under the law.

 

A "confirmation" is just a BACKGROUND CHECK.

 

Trying to claim that passing a background check permanently entitles you to a job assigned by a former president is… absolutely insane, unless you're trying to make the argument that the former president is still in charge or that you somehow usurped power ~from~ the presidency and now you're using that power to permanently retain employment under the government.

 

There is nothing in our laws that would support such insanity. The opposite.

 

The government employee is not the employer.

 

They further assert themselves as being somehow irreplaceable to the operations of the government when… no such evidence is provided and no such position of permanence should even exist in the government. Even supreme court justices can be removed via impeachment proceedings.

 

If they didn't want Trump to operate in that regard, why did they operate in that regard against him first? He learned from them and now he's operating exactly as they did, holding them to the same standards of absolute accountability under the law.

 

And, under the law, every last one of these rejects is clearly linked to MASSIVE abuse and MASSIVE waste in the government.

 

That systemic abuse, fraud and waste is the REAL unprecedented situation in our government and IT HAS BECOME INTOLERABLE TO AMERICAN EXISTENCE!

 

So our president has LEGALLY REMOVED THE ABUSE!

 

Personally, I wish someone in the government could help me sue these rejects who are suing my government.

 

Hey @repmtg is there any way the government can help me sue the criminals suing the government? Because none of us voted for any of those criminals and none of us wants those criminals to continue stealing from us.

 

Why are criminals allowed to abuse our legal system to try and hinder the president of the United States?

 

They've already been openly lobbying and fund raising to that end, so they're clearly telegraphing their criminal intent to disrupt our government. California recently allocated over FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS to attacking the operations of the presidency.

 

Why is this legal abuse of our government allowed to continue? Why can't the government help "we the people" to fight back against these abusers in a more direct manner?

 

If they can sue the government for not allowing them to illegally control the government, why can't the government help me to sue them for their criminal acts in my government?

 

What good is DOGE if it can only provide evidence of corruption and criminality?

 

Simply firing the criminals doesn't give us justice. It doesn't restore the damage. They should pay for the damage they caused and they should pay it to the people they hurt the most with their abuse of power.

 

Instead they're using our court system to DEMAND further abuse of power in the government WHILE ABUSING THE POWER OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM!

 

I want to sue the government abusers and I want the government to help me do that.

 

The long train of abuses must be stopped!
