Democrats in Congress are currently blasting the Trump admin for stopping payments for things like this.
Thanks to US taxpayers, these drag queens were able to produce a video of them strutting around topless as seen in the footage found by the New York Post.
The Fundacion Dialogo Diverso group used taxpayer funds to put on a "two-day drag workshop intended to promote diversity and inclusion abroad," as reported by the Post.
