USAID is just the tip of corruption in every agency in the Fed Gov..

The IRS spent $230,000 a month for cupcakes, totaling $2,760,000 a year for IRS buildings where less than 10% of workforce at the buildings. The rest were working at home. Since the IRS has a major budget, what are subversive plans do the use the rest of the money.

Every agency comes to congress to get more money each year, the budget never goes down, but Congress never audits how they used their budgets. Its well known that all agencies have money left at the year end. So in the last couple of months many takes whole org trips to expensive cities that are supposed to be for training, so they pay for flights, lodging, meals etc for a week, leaders take trips around tge world on taxpayers dime, to luxurious destinstions, some agencies buy office furniture that were never needed. The grift is known and extensive but no agency is required to submit a budget with clearly defined purchases. We are talking about billions and billions handed out the disappear. They don't even get grilled on what they accomplished.

A permanent DOGE like agency should be created that in the last quarter of the financial year, every agency has a team of 12 show up and go through the books, what they paid on the projects. Whether they were successful or failed on their missions.

Audit payroll and see if all employees deserve their salaries. Audit how many people take extensive time of, how many are working remotely and why.

None of the agencies should get an immediate budget raise. If they actually are ineffective, shut the agencies down. Agencies that do the same duplicative work, merge it into one and lay off half the staff.

Nothing in government is effective, try getting an answer to a simple question, they rarely ever respond and if they do they send you on a manhunt through multiple agencies.

Citizens poor, sick having major problems, money doesn't go to them, it goes to gov employees to waste.

Along with the Senate and Congress all gov employees hate the American Citizens, we are their serfs.
