There was one time at a bank in the Southwest where I needed some account help.
A spunky Thai woman helped me and needed to call the branch to verify something or make some changes on my account.
While on the phone with the branch, they put her on hold and she called them a faggot for doing so.
This was my first time using that bank, and meeting her.
It was quite a beautiful and amazing moment.
