Thread to the 2 cases trying to get a TRO to stop Elon from getting the names of the 5000 FBI agents who worked on J6 and Trump cases.

Corrupt DC Judge is trying very hard to help these FBI lawyers but they aren't giving her anything to go on. They just "fear" if Elon gets the names instead of ID numbers he will release them to the public and some J6er or supporter will harass FBI.

What they really want, but can't say it, is to stop the names from making their way to Trump for firing or criminal prosecutions.

They are on break until noon EST. No reason for the break other than the Judge has no reason yet to go forward so she appears to be hoping the FBI lawyers come up with something in the next few minutes. The problem this causes for reality is a broad blanket order interferes with many other problems such as FOIA requests, appeals, investigations of J6ers and FBI agents who broke the law. Civil suits would be blocked from happening too.
