Serious interference. If this isn't handled quickly and harshly, someone is going to be killed. With one strong case we could see justification for preemptive arrests of American Citizens. We need it to be a slam dunk case though.

After WW2 and the Japanese internments the law was changed. It now requires a prima facia case be made to lock someone up before they have committed the crime. This means those who are saying they plan to interfere with ICE could be locked up for saying it. We need a strong test case to make it through the Courts on an expedited timeframe. Declaring invasion is exactly the same as declaring war. The same powers exist and the same punishment for treason exists. We can have Military Commissions set up all across the Country in a matter of days once Congress gives approval or a case makes it to SCOTUS

>>22524291 The DC Appellate Court and SCOTUS would still have jurisdiction over the conviction. We can't get military Courts set up for civilians without an Congress passing legislation and funding. Best we can do right now is military detention until the invasion is over provided we have a strong case. They would get a due process hearing where evidence to show their actions pose a danger to the operation
