Why did you choose THIS particular slush fund drop, vs one of the 14 other ones?

While I get the correlation between JRs words and the slush fund word, I'm tryin to wrap my head around why this particular drop was chosen. As the Qdrops all interrelate to each other, in building the map…. I'm tryin to work thru this drops relevance.
