A judge's decision can be overturned by a higher court through an appeals process.

For civil cases a judge can overturn a verdict if no reasonable jury could have reached that decision based on the evidence presented. For instance if the sentencing judge is proven to be part of the criminal enterprise being investigated.

He should be able to get a stay pending appeal. The judge may claim grounds to because "the (deep) State" is involved. This is iterally an admission of guilt and by concealing a crime, a criminal act. This judge just prosecuted herself.
