This hearing needed to be televised. This afternoon portion of the thread show clear collusion between the Judge and corrupt Lawyers to stop Trump and Elon. It would be funny to see if it wasn't so painfully obvious. The Judge can't force DOJ lawyers to agree on Trump's behalf and she has been trying for 5 hours. The FBI lawyers had no justification to bring this TRO motion so the Judge is trying to make them agree on a consent agreement.

The desperation smells like a locker room after a Friday Night football game.

The problem they face is DOJ has to follow a Privacy Act regarding employees but Trump is not subject to it. AG can advise anything they feel is useful to the President because it is their Constitutional job. This Judge is trying to find a way to order the DOJ not to tell Trump or Elon anything

this hearing is out of control. Now the FBI lawyers are asking if they can block DOJ from having access to FBI names. FBI is so desperate they keep changing what they are asking for because Pam Bondi won't allow her attorneys to agree to block Trump and Elon from having information. This hearing has been going on since 10:30 am and the FBI lawyers never had a case to bring. Judge is trying everything she can to help them when this should have been thrown out at 10:31

adjourned for the 4th time while DOJ lawyers ask Bondi if she gives permission to not give FBI names to any other agency. They still have a problem because she can give to Trump and he can give them to Elon. Judge has no power over this subject but she won't end this hearing
