Most of USAID was just a paycheck to cabal members to prop them up, then push an agenda from the Wall street elite to foster the destruction of America so they could build up BRIICS. Many of the services that they claimed were never rendered in many, many cases. It was a paycheck for cabal family members because the Elite on Wall street never pay for anything. Wake up.
