To whom it may concern, ethnic cleansing in Gaza is not a joke, especially when it emanates from the president of the United States, the most powerful person in the world. And he has the ability to perfect what he says. Ethnic cleansing in Gaza that is no joke. And the prime minister of Israel should be ashamed knowing the history of his people, to stand there and allow such things to be said.

Ethnic cleansing has been a crime against humanity. And I stand here today in the well to denounce what he was said, to denounce what the president said, to denounce the complicity of the prime minister of Israel and to remind people that Dr. King was right. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. And injustice in Gaza is a threat to justice in the United States of America.

I rise to announce that the movement to impeach the president has begun. I rise to announce that I will bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done.

I also rise to say that the impeachment movement is going to be a grass up. Movement, not a top down. The people have got to move forward. The people have to demand it. And when the people demand, it will be done. I did it before. I laid the foundation for impeachment, and it was done.

Nobody knows more about it than I. And I know that it’s time for us to lay the foundation again. On some issues, it is better to stand alone than not stand at all. On this issue, I stand alone. But I stand for justice. I yield back the balance of my time.

Lockheed Martin Corporation Agrees to Settle False Claims Act Allegations of Defective Pricing

Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC) has agreed to pay $29.74 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations of defective pricing on contracts for F-35 military aircraft. This payment is in addition to $11.3 million that LMC previously paid to the Department of Defense (DOD) for the same undisclosed cost and pricing data on some of the same contracts. LMC, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, is one of the world’s largest defense contractors.

According to court documents, between 2013 and 2015, LMC inflated pricing proposals it submitted to obtain contracts for the F-35 by failing to provide to DOD’s F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) accurate, complete, and current cost and pricing data during the negotiations leading to the award of five contracts for the production or sustainment of the F-35. The United States alleged that LMC had knowledge of suppliers’ cost or pricing data that it did not disclose to the JPO in violation of the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). Congress enacted TINA in 1962 to help level the playing field in sole source contracts — where there is no price competition — by making sure that government negotiators have access to the cost or pricing data that the offeror used when developing its proposal. The United States alleged that had LMC provided accurate, complete, and current cost and pricing data, JPO would have awarded the contracts in lower amounts.

“Those who do business with the government must do so fairly and honestly,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Shumate of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. “We will pursue contractors that knowingly misuse taxpayer funds.”

“The United States relies on contractors such as Lockheed Martin to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including pricing data, when negotiating contracts with the government,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Abe McGlothin, Jr, for the Eastern District of Texas. “If a contractor fails to do so, and that failure affects the value of its contract with the government, the Eastern District of Texas will take steps to ensure that the contractor is held accountable.”

“The F-35 program is at the heart of our nation’s defense,” said Air Force Lt. Gen. Mike Schmidt, Director and Program Executive Officer, F-35 Joint Program Office. “The F-35 Joint Program Office will continue to insist on integrity and honesty in all business transactions. We demand 100% accountability for every dollar spent on this program on behalf of U.S. taxpayers and international customers and taxpayers.”

“The Department of Defense Office of Inspector General’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) will methodically pursue all alleged violations of the False Claims Act and Truth in Negotiations Act,” said Principal Deputy Director James R. Ives of DCIS. “Today’s outcome reflects the unwavering commitment of DCIS and our investigative partners to hold accountable those who bilk the American taxpayer by perpetrating fraud against the DOD.”

Robert F Kennedy Jr appeared to mix a mysterious blue dye in his drink while traveling on an airplane, in footage that has left viewers baffled.

The 72-year-old is seen on video administering droplets of the cobalt-blue liquid into what looks like a cup of water.

Some social media users joked the liquid was 'liberals' tears', referencing the outcry among many on the Left about RFK Jr's imminent confirmation to head the Department of Health and Human Services under President Trump.

IAF strikes military sites in Lebanon citing presence of Hezbollah weaponry

The strikes are in response to multiple ceasefire violations by Hezbollah, including attempts at smuggling weapons through Syria.

The IAF struck two military sites in Lebanon on Thursday, the military confirmed, citing the presence of Hezbollah weaponry.

According to the IDF, the presence of these weapons, as well as attempts to smuggle weaponry into Lebanese territory through the Syrian border, constituted a violation of the current ceasefire.

Additionally, the terror organization has reportedly attempted to build infrastructure in the areas under attack.

Two military sites found to have contained Hezbollah weapons near the Litani River were attacked, the IDF stated.

The current ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah will remain in place until February 18 unless another extension is agreed upon.

During the previous round of ceasefire negotiations, which occurred in January, sources close to the now-US President Donald Trump reportedly warned Israeli officials, “We don’t want the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon to collapse.”
