George C. Scott "General George S. Patton" Colt 1908 Hammerless .380 pistol from Patton. (TCF, 1970) This is Patton's personal sidearm from the portion of the film before he earns his fourth star. The hammerless semi-automatic pistol is gunmetal gray with original bluing. Etched wooden grip panels featuring embedded Colt logo medallion, at the right side, 3-US Army General's five-pointed stars. Left side of frame marked with serial number, "126608". Both sides of slide marked with Colt manufacurer's info. Front of grip marked for the studio, "20th c". The removable clip is marked on the bottom, "Cal .380 Colt". Pistol is non-operational. Exhibiting trace scratching and wear. In vintage very good condition. Special shipping arrangements through a federal firearms licensed dealer will apply.
