If anyone has not realized up to now that Rand Paul is not a good guy it is because they have not paid attention to what he has been doing for years. Paul is a strict Constitutionalist and a fiscal conservative. He has been fighting a lonely battle for a long time to cut spending, reduce the debt, stay out of the wars the deep state has forced upon the US.
