I noticed a UAV off the W coast of Spain earlier today during the NATO thingie.
Happen to have some earlier screencaps with your UAV reg no. and another one showing a Portuguese UAV. At least it declares itself as Portuguese. No lat/long but at least we have speed & altitude.
I can't get on ADSB at the moment. Are you using the main site or a mirror?

Agreed — AND there should be a way to monitor those who formerly held clearances. Their agreeing to the clearance in the first place should include signing a document permitting said monitoring. Not a broad spectrum Patriot Act type monitoring for everyone, only for those who formerly had high clearances and agree to the monitoring as part of the terms & condition of employment.
