ongoing thread about SDNY Judge who gave 19 States a TRO to block all access to Treasury data and orders them to destroy what they already have ( destruction order isNOTa TRO. TRO is to keep status quo until a Judge has time to review the facts).

This is an order over the top of a DC Judge allowing Treasury employees and Special Government Employees to continue doing their job. The 2 SGE are Elon's guys ( 1 says he has Big Balls)

This order was done without anyone notifying the Government about the filing. Government has to now be notified it happened by noon today. This is never before done!!

Pam Bondi needs to take this one on herself and notify SCOTUS these Judges are out of control and SCOTUS better get them in line. She cannot follow this order it is completely unlawful and a violation of separation of powers. She needs to tell SCOTUS unless they retract this behavior, the executive branch will no longer recognize the separation of powers either. Gauntlet must be thrown down over this and no backing down. 3rd branch of Government is destroying itself

No suit filed yet asking for a TRO but it will come. This could be the bridge case that brings fraud /waste spending wrapped into the proclamation of invasion. FEMA has been paying NGOs to house and feed illegals but the evidence for payment is locked up by a TRO at the Treasury. Any Judge aiding the enemy is subject to arrest for Treason
