The Ukrainian Crisis Media Center is funded by the IRF- a Soros Open Society front operating in Ukraine since the early 90's, the National Endowment for Democracy, which is directly funded by the US Congress, USAID, NATO, and others. Their job? Spin control. They work alongside local reporters across the country, and Ukrainian media orgs, offering them financial incentives to report on things in a pro-west way.
The Ukraine Reforms Communication Taskforce (URCT), one of their sub departments, literally exists to brainwash the public on a fundamental level in order to enact legal changes within their system. -""holding its own events that facilitate shaping public opinion towards reforms and understanding reforms processes"""
This organization was created in 2014, and has actively been working to coerce the Ukrainian public over the West's actions for a decade now.
The propaganda network, and IC involvement goes back much further though- Through the IRF- The Open Society front, the West has been at work in Ukrain since the early 90's, shaping the landscape carefully through hundreds of NGOs. They were integral in the formation of the child trafficking networks that blossomed there under the watchful gaze of the West.
