Most of the govt systems aren't true 'intranet' and easily hackable. Hell, the DoD uses Sharepoint w/a google plugin so that's easy for an ethical hacker w/permission to pierce. InfoPath was phased out after I pierced Air Mobility Command w/a typo during a meeting. I was in front of a room and my hyperlink was dead so instead of copy/paste at my desk, I manually punched it in and oops. Yeah, my identity was never divulged but, that was my bad.
I'm shocked nobody has created a simple drone/rocket to take them down. It's poison, that's a minimum assault, more aptly attempted 'genocide', seems we are w/in our rights to fight back aka, drop them from the sky. I might have a new project on my hands…

Judge doesn't have the authority, to block POTUS, the only branch that is on his level is the Supreme Court, lower courts can't block the President, Congress or the US Supreme Court, they are below them. WTF is wrong w/people?
Riddle me this, can a lower court put a stay on the Supreme Court? The answer is NO, not because they are the Supreme Court, it's because they are higher in the 'chain of command'/pecking order. POTUS is the highest authority. We had to put up w/all Obama's B.S. because you can't stop the POTUS but when it's our guy we fold? NO, I won't even yield to the courts (true story) and proved they are powerless if you have balls. We not only have Trump, we literally have a dude named "Big Balls", steamroll these bitches like the peasants they are.
