When you watch this short clip, remember the US Supreme Court was very clear that protected speech can not be considered obstruction/interference. You have a RIGHT to talk even when they don't want you to, as long as you do not threaten or lie, you have the right to speak to them and verbally challenge and protest them, even when they're talking to someone else. "Taking their attention" or speaking when they're speaking to someone else can not be interference/obstruction as it's protected under the first amendment.

It is also a federal crime to deprive someone of that right under color of law.

No. Removing security clearance is not banning from all federal buildings, as even citizens can enter public areas of federal buildings.
