Why is money all that matters to you? Everyone deserves representation in court. What if they arrest a citizen claiming he's illegal and wont give him a lawyer even though it's not true?
Also remember we're mostly a Christian nation, we're supposed to treat the foreigner like ourselves and you can't serve both God and money.

Don't know, in this country we recognise their right to a lawyer. Treat the foreigner as yourself, and we have the right to a lawyer. Do you base your actions on the actions of others? If others jump to their death are you going to do it too?
No not at all. Again, mostly Christian nation, we're supposed to love others as ourselves and treat them as ourselves. When you do that, helping them is not one sided.
If money is someones God then it will be one sided, but if you love people then you don't care about the cost to do what's right.
