EVERYONE would be SHOCKED to know what vast civilians exist underground. It would be very easy for them to drain fresh water without people knowing.

Why didn't Q call out the DOD? He called out so many bad people, companies, and organizations. DOD obviously has very evil parts. I don't know why Q didn't call them out publicly like he did with the Clowns and Facebook.
