Elon Musk Unveils a Creative Proposal to Rid America of the Corrupt Judges Sabotaging the Trump Administration
Conservatives have been rightfully livid following a string of corrupt rulings by Democrat judges sabotaging Trump’s efforts to downsize and make the federal government more accountable. Now, X CEO and DOGE chairman have a great idea to solve this crisis.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, a federal judge halted Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a critical Treasury Department. US District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, who Barack Obama appointed, cited a risk of “irreparable harm.”
The order temporarily stops access to a sensitive payment system that distributes Americans’ tax returns, Social Security benefits, disability payments, and federal employees’ salaries.
Moreover, Engelmeyer ordered the destruction of any downloaded information from the payment system by anyone given access to it since January 20, the date Trump was inaugurated
Musk raged following the ruling, calling it “absolutely insane!” and pointing out “Something super shady is going (on) to protect scammers.”
Now, Musk has devised a creative proposal that could solve this corrupt “legislating from the bench” once and for all.
His idea centers around elected bodies determining who the absolute worst judges are andhaving them fired every single year until they are all gone.

Rep. Massie Re-Introduces ‘Audit the Fed’ Legislation
As he has done in prior years, one of Rep. Thomas Massie’s (R-KY) first moves at the start of a new legislative session is the reintroduction of HR 24, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2025.
The bill, also known as “Audit the Fed,” would require the Comptroller General to conduct a full examination of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Banks.
As the DOGE team continues to expose wasteful and borderline criminal expenditures at a time when Americans are in desperate need and the deficit continues to grow, this year, Massie might finally capture the interest and allegiance of other House members.
When he introduced the bill in January, Massie shared,”The American public deserves more insight into the practices of the Federal Reserve.”

Why They Want Block Doge from The Treasury
US Treasury pays$100bnannually to unknown recipients – Musk
The Department of Government Efficiency has found that $100 billion is paid annually to people without proper identification
Elon Musk, as head of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has said that the US Treasury pays over $100 billion annually to individuals without Social Security Numbers (SSNs) or temporary ID numbers. Musk has urged immediate reforms to address potential fraud and inefficiencies in payment systems.
The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla and owner of X has been appointed a “special government employee” to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) under US President Donald Trump’s administration and is currently among Trump’s key advisers. Despite its name, the agency is not a permanent federal executive department, but a temporary body dedicated to reducing government spending. The tech billionaire has set a goal of reducing the federal deficit by at least $1 trillion, which would require daily cuts averaging $4 billion.

Kristi Noem: 'Get Rid of FEMA the Way it Exists'
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said she supports the notion of shutting down the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Last month, when he visited the North Carolina region affected by Hurricane Helene and Los Angles amid its wildfires, President Donald Trump said that he was considering "getting rid of FEMA."
Trump said state governments, not federal, should handle disasters, and he signed an executive order establishing a council to review the agency.
During an appearance Sunday on CNN, Noem was asked whether Trump could and should shut down FEMA.
"He can, and I believe that he will do that evaluation with his team and he’s talking about it, which I’m grateful for," Noem said. "He’ll work with Congress, though, to make sure that it’s done correctly, and that we’re still thee to help folks who have a terrible disaster or crisis in their life.
”"He’s been very clear that he still believes there’s a role for the federal government to come in and help people get back up on their feet, but there’s a lot of fraud and waste and abuse out there."
